Jeremy Fischbach is the Founder of Happy, whose mission is to create a more supportive culture by expanding access to the essential ingredient of mental health and by teaching and inspiring people to better emotionally support each other. Prior to Happy, Jeremy was the CEO of Myne, which built interactive educational and sports analytics software that leveraged users’ psychographic data to improve performance. Jeremy has a psychology degree from Princeton and a J.D. from NYU.

Kristan brings to Happy decades of experience supporting people in a broad range of social service settings, including Women's Health, Child Welfare, and Community Education Systems. Kristan completed her B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and has a degree in Educational Psychology from New York University with a focus on the Psychology of Parenthood and Drug and Alcohol Counseling.

Josh led large units at critical times for the nation. In 2018, he Commanded 2000 U.S. and Coalition Special Operations Troops along with 18,000 Afghan Commandos which conducted 85% of all combat operations. In 2019-2020, Josh was chartered to rebuild the Special Operations training environment across the U.S. to account for modern warfare, Russian, and Chinese capabilities. His final service was as the Chief Operating Officer for the division size element, Security Force Assistance Command, as they began initial deployments across the globe for strategic partnership. Josh is the author of six publications. He volunteers as an innovation hackathon judge to advise one the best technology in development for the warfighters. With two Masters Degrees complete, he is working toward his Doctorate in Technology and Innovation through Purdue University.

Ely has decades of experience as a full stack developer with psych-tech expertise. Previously, Ely was the CTO of Myne, which built psych-tech applications for companies ranging from Paramount and Random House to Pearson Education. Prior to that, Ely worked for Smartmatic Inc, managing all technical and operational aspects of automated election projects around the world.

Upon graduating college with a degree in education, Summer worked for years teaching Language Arts, Drama, and working with students placed in alternative programs. After leaving education to focus on her family, she helped organize and run children’s literacy programs and events before. More recently, Summer spent several years as a professional caregiver supporting older adults unable to care for themselves. From her earliest working experience through her current position, Summer has made a career of listening to, and helping others, with particular emphasis on equity and social justice. Her years of experience, strong work ethic, and willingness to always listen and learn have allowed her to connect with people and foster positive relationships throughout her life.

James is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with 15 years of experience applying methods and best practices from Behavioral Science and Machine Learning to solve business challenges. James is a leader in the application of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing in psychological assessment and has been invited to speak on these topics at industry conferences.

Eddie is a Veteran and a seasoned and highly successful business development professional with 35 plus years at the intersection of commercial business solutions, government mission needs, and federal acquisition pathways. His work with and understanding of federal government mission needs include the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, the Joint Staff, US Special Operations Command, Special Mission Units, the Defense Innovation Unit, the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, and the National Intelligence University. Eddie has helped Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), National Security Innovation Network (NSIN), SOFWERX, Naval-X, Elevate Scott for the 375th Wing, Air Mobility Command (AMC), and NGA Moonshot Labs plan and execute their innovation platforms.

Colonel (Ret.) Dan Javorsek is a retired U.S. Air Force officer who most recently served as the Commander of Detachment 6, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC) at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., and Director of the F-35 U.S. Operational Test Team. In this role, he oversaw the evaluation of the operational effectiveness and mission capability of key fighter aircraft, including the A-10, F-15, F-16, F-22, and F-35, providing critical insights for acquisition and fielding decisions.

Prior to his command at AFOTEC, Colonel Javorsek held a key position as a program manager in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), where he led research and development programs focused on advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to combat systems. He also previously commanded a squadron conducting high-priority flight tests of next-generation air dominance aircraft.

Colonel Javorsek earned his commission from Purdue University’s Reserve Officer Training Corps in 1999, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering. He holds multiple graduate degrees in science and engineering, including a PhD in physics, and is a command pilot with over 2,000 flying hours. A distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School, Colonel Javorsek’s distinguished career spanned numerous operational and flight test assignments, and he continues to be regarded for his expertise in advanced warfare technologies and air combat systems.

Over the last 20 years, Dr. Aashish Shah has developed a rare 360 degree perspective of healthcare with roles spanning the continuum from individual provider to institutional payer. He is an accomplished executive whose expertise is the achievement of healthcare innovation and growth through the integration of payer engagement, product design, physician alignment and value-based contracting.

Dr. Shah joined Monogram Health from HCA Healthcare where he held several key corporate roles. First, as the Corporate Vice President for Strategy, Product Innovation within HCA’s payer contracting. Later, as the Corporate Vice President for Payer Advocacy, Engagement and Innovation where he was the executive responsible for maintaining and growing payer clinical and operational relationships, developing the payer strategy for denials management and identifying business opportunities for payer partnerships and alignment.

Dr. Shah previously served as President/CEO of Provision Health Partners. Prior to joining Provision, he was the Chief Healthcare Value Officer for The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Proton Therapy Center. He has held the roles of Vice President of Health Plan Services for Valence Health (Evolent Health), the Chief Clinical Director for CareFirst BCBS, and the Vice President and Medical Director of Community Health Choice, Inc.

As a board-certified OBGYN and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Aashish has practiced in public, private and academic settings. He refined his business acumen in 2008 when he joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. after receiving his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. His practice areas included healthcare transactions, operations, regulation, and complex litigation. Then, in 2010 Dr. Shah became the first-ever Executive Fellow at Texas Children’s Hospital Integrated Delivery System where he worked on enhancing system quality, developing service lines and improving health plan operations.

Aashish is a strong healthcare advocate. As a legislative intern with the Texas Medical Association, he worked with the House Subcommittee on Public Health to establish the Council on Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke. In 2014, he was appointed to the Texas Department of Insurance Standard Request Form for Prior Authorization of Medical Care or Health Care Services Advisory Committee. The following year, the Governor of Maryland appointed him to the Task Force to Study Maternal Mental Health.

Dr. Kimberly Long is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare service expansion, business development, and quality improvement. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for the Association of California Nurse Leaders and has an extensive background in legal consulting, acting as an expert witness in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

Throughout her career, Dr. Long has held prominent leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, System Chief Nursing Officer, and Director of Cardiovascular Operations. She is also a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in chronic illness management and genetic blood disorders, with clinical experience in cardiac surgery recovery and intensive care nursing for both pediatric and adult patients.

Scott Hayworth, MD, FACOG is the senior vice president and chief physician liaison officer at Optum Health, driving growth across the country as a physician leader supporting mergers, acquisitions, and new strategic partnerships. He also serves as an advisor to new initiatives. He was the CEO and market leader of the Optum Tri-State region, one of the five regions in the Optum Health nationwide network from March 2021 to January 2023.

Dr. Hayworth has a national reputation as an authority on practice administration; multispecialty group management; and adaptation to the rapidly changing environment in health care, including the transition to value. Dr. Hayworth has been the President and CEO of CareMount Medical (formerly Mount Kisco Medical Group, PC) for more than 20 years, overseeing a nearly 15-fold expansion in the size of the group prior to its becoming part of Optum Tri-State in late 2020. Keith “Tony” Jones, M.D., earned his M.D. at the University of Alabama, Brimingham (UAB) in 1982. After completing his anesthesiology residency in Rochester, Tony trained with Kai Rehder in the physiology of smooth muscle, with emphasis on mechanisms that are responsible for smooth muscle hypersensitivity and asthma. In 2006, Tony, Evelyn, and his children moved back to Birmingham where he was appointed to a named professorship and installed as chair of UAB’s Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine.
